Professor Devinder Singh, Department of Laws, PU, Chandigarh will look
after the work of Secretary to Vice Chancellor, in addition to his own
duties with immediate effect, during the leave period of Dr. Muneeshwar Joshi. Prof. Singh has 18 years of teaching experience and has authored three
books. He has guided 15 students for PhD and 70 students
of LLM. He has been actively associated with Panjab University
Teachers Association (PUTA) and has been it’s President also.
