CPUJ HAILED DECISION OF
GOVERNMENT, A BIG VICTORY OF UNION

The
Chandigarh - Punjab Union of Journalists (CPUJ) has hailed the decision n
of Punjab government to accept major demand
of the union to provide social security to journalists working in Punjab.
It was one of the major demands of the union in its charter of demand
given to congress government. While hailing the decision of government, Vinod
Kohli , President of the union said here today that it is a big victory of
the union. He said government has very clear vision towards the media
profession and hoped that other demands mentioned in charter of demands of
the union would also be accepted shortly. Kohli , whie extending his
special thanks to Media Advisor to Chief Minister Mr. Raveen Thukral said
his experience would bring productive cooperation between Media and the
Government.
