that unknown person stole away complainant outer unit of AC from SCO No.
3024, Sec-22/D, Chandigarh on the night intervening 8/9-02-2024. A case
FIR No. 13 U/S 379 IPC added 411 IPC has been registered in PS-17, UT
Chandigarh. Later on, accused Raju Singh R/o Mansian Wali Basti Firozpur
(Pb) (age-35 yrs) was arrested in this case. Investigation of the case is in
progress.
Action against violation of orders of DM, UT, Chandigarh
A case FIR No. 22, U/S 188 IPC has been registered in
PS-11, Chandigarh against President and members of PGI Employee Union who
gathered for protest near Nehru Hospital, PGI Chandigarh. They violated
the orders of District Magistrate, UT, Chandigarh. Investigation of the
case is in progress.

34 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh on the complaint
of Mishri Lal R/o # 1125, Sec-45, Chandigarh who alleged that four persons
sat in his auto from Sector 14/15/24/25, Chandigarh on 13-02-2024 and as
soon as he reached the Rally Ground Sector-25, Chandigarh, one of them stopped
the auto and the other robbed his mobile and purse containing cash Rs
5000/-, Adhar Card by placing a knife on his neck. Later on, accused
persons Vijay Tusambhal @ Ganja R/o # 2681, Sec-25, Chandigarh (age-26 years),
Aman Kumar R/o # 288, Sec-25, Chandigarh (age-19 years) and Ajay @ Fandi R/o #
2783, Sec-25, Chandigarh (age-26 years) were arrested in this
case. Investigation of the case is in progress.

FIR No. 11, U/S 332, 353 IPC has been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh on the
complaint of a lady duty doctor, GMCH-32, Chandigarh against Rajeev Kumar @
Raman R/o # 58, Jogewal Sahid Bhagat Singh Nagar (Pb) age-35 years who quarrel
& physically assaulted to complainant on the night intervening
10/11-02-2024. Investigation of the case is in progress.

419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B & 193 IPC has been registered in PS-03,
Chandigarh on the complaint of Rajesh Kumar, HSP, DSP/HQ Bhiwani
(HR) who reported that Saurabh and his wife both R/o Chandigarh and other
persons, they given fake documents in high court regarding
marriage. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Snatching
A lady R/o # Sector-46, Chandigarh reported that a person
on motorcycle sped away after snatching the complainant's gold chain near Govt.
School, Sec-46, Chandigarh on 13-02-2024. A case FIR No. 10, U/S 379-A, IPC has
been registered in PS-34, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
