Chandigarh Management Association conducted an
interactive session on “Rule of Law and Positive Attitude ” at PHD Chamber of
Commerce and Industry Sector 31 Chandigarh on 29th July 2018. Prof Paramjit S
Jaswal Vice Chancellor Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law Patiala Punjab
was Key Note speaker. In this session. Prof. Jaswal shared his experience
in a lucid, comprehensive candid and forthright manner. He explained even
though the laws were there but sometimes due to negative attitude of people
they take pleasure in breaking the law. Dr Balram Gupta Director Judicial
Academy Chaired the session Both the speakers lauded the Role of Judiciary in
providing checks and balances to the society. Sh Lalit Bajaj

the guests on behalf of CMA and gave a brief
introduction of Prof Jaswal. Prof JPS Nindra introduced Dr Balram Gupta
