Governor of Punjab inaugurates a new Indian Oil Retail Outlet

In order to meet the
continuously growing demand for petrol in the city, Chandigarh Industrial
and Tourism Development Corporation Limited (CITCO) started its 6th Petrol
& CNG station at Industrial Area , Phase 1 on Hallo Majra Road Chandigarh
here today . CITCO caters to a large number of vehicles from its existing five
petrol stations spread across the tricity. A new state of the art Indian
Oil (IOCL) fuel Outlet at Chandigarh's Industrial Area Phase-I was
dedicated to the customers today by Hon'ble Governor of Punjab &
Administrator UT Chandigarh, Shri VP Singh Badnore in the presence of Shri Dharampal,
IAS, Advisor to Administrator of UT Chandigarh; Sh. Ravi Kant Sharma, Hon'ble
Mayor, Chandigarh; Sh. Arun Kumar Gupta, IAS, Principal Secretary (Home) UT
Chandigarh cum Chairman CITCO , Ms Jasvinder Kaur Sidhu , IAS , Managing
Director CITCO , Mr Rubinderjit Singh Brar , PCS , Chief General Manager
CITCO & Sh. SM Vaidya, Chairman, Indian Oil; Sh. Sujoy
Choudhury, Executive Director and State Head, Indian Oil Punjab State Office
and other Senior officials from Chandigarh administration and Indian Oil
officials. This new Indian Oil Retail Outlet, located at Industrial Area Phase
I of Chandigarh, will significantly add to the convenience of residents in the
surrounding areas by reducing their travelling time for fuel requirements.
CITCO shall operate the outlet. During the event, the first LPG
composite cylinder was also handed over to His Excellency, Governor of Punjab
& Administrator UT Chandigarh, Shri VP Singh
Badnore by the Chairman IOCL. According to the Managing Director
CITCO, presently, CITCO owns five petrol pumps in the city including the
compressed natural gas (CNG) dispensing pump on Madhya Marg in Sector
17. With the addition of 6th Pump, we can massively meet
the demand of the residents , especially the traffic on the National Highway
moving towards Delhi and it will add to its revenues.

The students and teachers of the Special
Cell of Bhavan Vidyalaya Chandigarh celebrated Raksha Bandhan with great
enthusiasm, not letting the pandemic dampen their indomitable spirits. Diving into the festivities, the
teachers of the special cell of Bhavan Vidyalaya held a virtual talk on the
festival, followed by Rakhi Making Activity. The online classroom reverberated
with joy and excitement as the students of the special cell participated with
gusto. Showcasing their talent, they poured their love and warmth into creating
delicate and elegant rakh is which would adorn the wrists on the day of the
festival. The sacred thread strengthens the unbreakable bond of love that exists between siblings.
Beautiful handmade cards were also made during the virtual session. Each
budding artist came up with a unique idea and this activity helped them hone
their art and craft skills. Senior
Principal Mrs. Vineeta Arora, who has steadily mentored the department,
conveyed her appreciation for the efforts put in by the teachers as well the
students and wished them a Happy Raksha Bandhan.

कांग्रेस महिला मोर्चा द्वारा केंद्रीय मंत्री अनुराग ठाकुर के नेतृत्व में वीरवार
की रैली के दौरान किसान आंदोलन के समर्थक केंद्रीय मंत्री को काले झंडे दिखाकर
अपना विरोध दर्ज कराने पहुंचे थे इस बीच एक वीडियो वायरल होने से बवाल हो गया
वीडियो में भाजपा के नेता किसान आंदोलन समर्थक महिला को घेर कर उसके साथ बदसलूकी
कर रहे थे इसी के विरोध में आज कांग्रेस महिला मोर्चा ने सेक्टर 33 में प्रदर्शन रखा हुआ था। इससे स्पष्ट हो गया की रीढ़ की हड्डी के बगैर चल
रही कांग्रेस पार्टी अपनी दोगली नीति के चलते बिना सोचे समझे किसी भी और झुक सकती
है गौरतलब है कि कुछ दिन पहले मोटर मार्केट में
संजय टण्डन व मेयर रवि कांत का किसान समर्थकों द्वारा जोरदार विरोध से कांग्रेस ने किनारा कर लिया था उन्होंने कहा था कि
उसने हमारा कोई लेना देना नहीं हैl लेकिन आज तस्वीर बिल्कुल
उल्टी नजर आ रही थी जब कांग्रेस पार्टी ने महिला के बालों की खिंचाई के विरोध में
जबरदस्त प्रदर्शन किया दरअसल कांग्रेस का नेतृत्व इस वक्त दिशाहीन है वह बनावटी
दिखावटी पब्लिसिटी बटोरने के चलते कांग्रेस पार्टी
खबरों में बनी रहना चाहती है इसलिए बिना सोचे समझे बिना किसी ठोस नीति के किसी भी
