तिरंगे के अपमान करने वाले चंडीगढ़ पुलिस पर कार्रवाई की मांग के लिए अनिश्चितकालीन धरना को रोकने के लिए पुलिस ने रचा झूठा षड्यंत्र

21 अप्रैल 2018 को सेक्टर 25 रैली मैदान चंडीगढ़ में चंडीगढ़ पुलिस पर कार्रवाई की मांग के लिए नेशनल होमगार्ड एसोसिएशन ने हरियाणा प्रदेश के होमगार्ड जवानों का अनिश्चितकालीन धरना की लिखित सूचना 18 अप्रैल 2018 को SSP चंडीगढ़ के कार्यालय को दिया था । जिसका पुलिस के द्ववारा प्राप्ति नंबर 9808 और मोहर लगी है।  20 मई 2018 को रात्रि 11:30 बजे DSP CID चंडीगढ़ में एक लिखित पत्र नंबर 7585 देकर बताया कि धरना की लिखित सूचना एसएसपी चंडीगढ़ कार्यालय को नहीं दी गई है। शहर मे 144 लगा होना बताया । शहर के अंदर भाजपा के मंत्री और  सासंद और कांग्रेस के पवन वंशल जो रैली कर रहे है। उन लोगो के लिए 144 नही है। यह दोहरी नीति  चंडीगढ़ - पुलिस की तानाशाही को दिखा रहा है । चंडीगढ़ पुलिस ने 27 अप्रैल 2018 को चंडीगढ़ सेक्टर 28 में हाथों में तिरंगा लिए होमगार्ड जवानो पर लाठीचार्ज किया था । और तिरंगा को हाथों से छीन कर गिराया गया था । तिरंगे के अपमान तिरंगा लिए जवानों के साथ मारपीट करने वाले पुलिस कर्मियों पर कार्रवाई एवं 2015 में सर्वोच्च न्यायलय भारत के आदेश  समान कार्य समान वेतन हरियाणा सरकार से लागू करवाने की मांग के लिए धरना आयोजित किया गया था। चंडीगढ़ पुलिस अपनी तानाशाही को छुपाने के लिए एक बड़ा गंदा खेल खेला है। आजाद भारत में गुलाम भारत की तानाशाही को दिखाने में चंडीगढ़ पुलिस सफल रही नेशनल होमगार्ड एसोसिएशन के राष्ट्रीय चेयरमैन अविनाश सिंह शर्मा ने कहा कि हरियाणा सरकार एवं चंडीगढ़ पुलिस प्रशासन ने मिलकर हरियाणा के 14025 होमगार्ड जवानों की आवाज को दबाने का प्रयास किया है तिरंगे के अपमान किए जवानों पर कोई कार्रवाई नहीं कर के चंडीगढ़ पुलिस प्रशासन ने अपमान में अपनी सहमति को दर्शा दिया है। एसोसिएशन इस तानाशाही को बर्दाश्त नहीं करेगा । एसोसिएशन के महामंत्री कमल किशोर शर्मा ने कहा कि चंडीगढ़ पुलिस ने तिरंगे का अपमान करके राष्ट्रद्रोही रवैया दिखाया है। हरियाणा सरकार ने 2015 के सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के आदेश की अवमानना करके सर्वोच्च न्यायालय का अपमान किया है । बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ नारा देने वाली सरकार ने हरियाणा महिला होमगार्ड जवानों को गर्भवती अवस्था में मातृत्व अवकाश  भत्ता न देकर  उस बेटी बचाओ बेटी पढ़ाओ नारे की धज्जियां उड़ाई है ।आगे  की बैठक करके आगे की रणनीति तय की जाएगी ।और इस लड़ाई को तेज किया जाएगा ।  कमल किशोर शर्मा महामंत्री नेशनल होमगार्ड एसोसिएशन

SPCA Chandigarh organized awareness cum educational drive with St. Stephens Chandigarh to sensitize young children of class 10th standard on animal behavior and current human-animal conflicts so they are able to tackle them better. SPCA’s Chandigarh workshop also educated the students about animal rights i.e The Prevention of Cruelty Act 1960 and gave them necessary training of how to respond in any kind of emergency situation that relates to an injured or sick animal. Students assisted SPCA volunteers and workers with the routine cleaning and treatment activity as a part of their assignment. They were also given a suitable project to teach them about laws safeguarding animal welfare. The students were told about the importance of Animal Birth Control and Rabies prevention. They were guided by volunteers and veterinary officer Dr Baljeet on operations of SPCA Chandigarh. A brief session was given to the workers of SPCA Chandigarh on sensitization which covered humane animal handling, cleanliness and feeding of both small and large animals. SPCA Chandigarh had previously organized such educational events and plans to hold more such events in future.

पुरुषोत्तम मास (ज्येष्ठ) के अवसर पर तीन दिवसीय हरिकथा एवं संकीर्तन यज्ञ 22 मई से 24 मई तक सेक्टर 27-सी स्थित सनातन धर्म मंदिर में आयोजित होगा। कथा के आयोजक श्रीरामलीला कमेटी, सेक्टर 27, चण्डीगढ़ के चेयरमैन अशोक जिंदल व प्रधान धर्मपाल बंसल ने उक्त जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि इस मौके पर कथा व्यास श्रीमन साक्षी गोपाल दास जी (अध्यक्ष, इस्कान, धर्मक्षेत्र-कुरुक्षेत्र) होंगे। कथा का समय रोजाना सायं छह बजे से रात नौ बजे तक रहेगा। कथा के बाद भंडारा प्रसाद वितरण भी होगा।

 सरपंच गुरप्रीत सिंह हैप्पी के नेतृत्व में गाँव दड़वा का एक शिष्टमंडल, जिसमें हरीशचंद्र शर्मा, पूर्व पंच, गोपाल बेंजवाल, पंच, मोहन सिंह, हरीकृष्ण डंडरियाल, मेवा सिंह सैणी, जगमोहन व धर्मवीर कौशिक आदि शामिल थे, गाँव की समस्याओं को ले कर मुख्य अभियंता मुकेश आनंद व अधीक्षण अभियंता एम पी सिंह से मिला व ज्ञापन सौंपा । ज्ञापन में दड़वा में रिहायशी मकानों के ऊपर से 11000 केवी की हाई वोल्टेज टेंशन तारें  हटवाने, दड़वा से मक्खनमाजरा रोड़ पर सीवरेज और सडक़ को बनवाने आदि की मांगो के बारे में अधिकारियों को अवगत कराया । हैप्पी ने बताया  की रिहायशी मकानों के ऊपर से गुजर रही हाई टेंशन तारों के कारण कभी भी हादसा होने की आशंका बनी रहती है। उन्होंने कहा की इस काम को करने का एस्टीमेट पास हो चुका है व ये मामला स्थानीय सांसद के पास भी विचाराधीन है। इसके अलावा गाँव दड़वा में गैस कॉलोनी व बाबा बालकनाथ मंदिर से होते हुए गाँव माखन माजरा की जाने वाली सड़क के दोनों तरफ घनी आबादी बसी हुई है परन्तु उनके लिए सीवरेज व पानी की सुविधा उपलब्ध नहीं है जिस कारण लोगों में भारी रोष है। यहां सड़क की हालत भी काफी खराब है जिस कारण यहां अक्सर हादसे होते रहतें हैं। सरपंच ने जल्द इन समस्यायों को हल कराने का आग्रह किया जिस पर अधिकारियों ने  जल्द कार्यवाही का आश्वासन दिया।

Youth Congress Chandigarh organized a blood donation camp. 95 have donated blood in the camp, of which more than 20 members donated blood for the first time. CYC organized the camp, which is very remarkable. CYC Bearers was present in the blood donation camp. The office bearers also donated blood. Camp organizers arranged fruits, Milk and biscuits for the blood donors.The chief guest of the programme was the Manish Bansal(Youth Leader) are. Approximately 90 units of blood were collected in the camp. State President Barinder Thakur encouraged the donours by telling that blood donation is not a small donation it is a very big donation. It could save someone's precious life, Could light a family’s lamp, and could give happiness to a family. Manish Bansal said that blood donation is known as a huge donation. Accidents are happened almost daily in our Country. therefore inflated by donating blood in the hospital, which is provided to the patient at the time the blood is attained accident. Abhishek Sharma, said that there are a lot of misconceptions related to blood donation but they are not true. Whenever anyone donates blood it also inspires others for the same. I would like to overcome those fears. After donating blood there is no weakness in the body of any kind. The doctors of GMHH-32 on the occasion checked the haemoglobin of the Members before they donated blood. Girls and boys alike, doctors said could donate blood. Jaanu Malik encouraged the members to take part in such good deeds. Navdeep Singh appreciated this great service of the Members and the work of the spirit among them he also said that any healthy person over 18 can donate blood. They give blood before and after giving blood for all sorts of things, attention should be informed about this. The students were given certificates and badges. Many Members donated blood for the first time. Many Members expressed their resolve to donate blood for the needy. स्व. प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गाँधी की पुण्यतिथि के अवसर पर आज युवा कांग्रेस, चण्डीगढ़ द्वारा रक्तदान शिविर का आयोजन किया गया l जिसमें 95 यूनिट रक्त एकत्र हुआ । शिविर में 20 से अधिक लोगों ने पहली बार रक्तदान किया । शिविर का उद्घाटन करते हुए युवा कांग्रेस नेता मनीष बंसल ने कहा कि रक्तदान करना बड़ा ही पुण्य का काम है । स्थानीय युवा कांग्रेस प्रधान बरिंदर उर्फ़ बिन्दु ठाकुर ने भी युवाओं को बढ़-चढ़ कर रक्तदान करने को प्रोत्साहित किया । युवा कांग्रेस नेता अभिषेक शर्मा, जानू मालिक व नवदीप सिंह ने रक्तदान के महत्व पर प्रकाश डाला व इससे जुड़ी भ्रांतियों का निराकरण किया । सेक्टर 32  हस्पताल के डॉक्टर्स की टीम ने रक्त एकत्र किया । इस मौके पर कांग्रेस की सोशल मीडिया टीम के संयोजक विनायक बंगिया, सुनील यादव, युवा कांग्रेस ग्रामीण के प्रधान केवल, रूबल, सौरव, आशु चौधरी, दलजीत, परविंदर कुमार, विशाल, अभिषेक नोनी व रोहित शर्मा आदि भी मौजूद थे ।

Harsh Jakhar, a student of IX B, Bhavan Vidyalaya, Chandigarh has achieved the unique distinction of being declared the First Rank Holder Nationally by Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM) which is a National Programme for Educating and Popularising Science among school students of VI to XI Standards. The programme is initiated by Vijnana Bharti (VIBHA) in collaboration with Vigyan Prasar, an autonomous organisation under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India and NCERT.

   Harsh has been awarded with a National Science Champion Certificate and a Cash Prize of Rs-25,000/-. An ecstatic Harsh said, ‘I am delighted on being ranked First nationally which came as a surprise, though I was expecting a good rank.’ He credits his parents and the science teachers for his grand achievement and wants to pursue Aeronautical Engineering from IIT Mumbai.

A series of written test, experiments and model-making went into the competition, the national level of which was held at the Bhabha Atomic Research Centre in Mumbai. He was awarded by Prof. M.M. The Mohali Zone of Confederation of Indian Industry today organised a free health check-up camp for the workers & staff of Gilard Electronics Pvt Ltd, Mohali.The objective of the camp was to bring affordable healthcare to the people and to spread awareness about lifestyle-related diseases. A team of Doctors from Apollo Clinic, Chandigarh did free consultancy & examination on workers & staff members of Gilard Electronics. The Doctors from Apollo Clinic gave advice about the precautions & remedies for frequently occurring health problems, besides examining Pulse, BP, height & weight, and offerring free tests for RBS, HB during the camp. A gynaecologist also offered special consultations to the female staff & workers. In addition to this, a physiotherapist also conducted a special one hour session on advisable body postures at workplace.Mrs Guneet Sethi, Director - HRD & CSR, Gilard Electronics Pvt Ltd on this occasion complimented & thanked the visiting doctors from Apollo Clinic, Chandigarh and remarked, "CII besides actively taking up industry related issues with the Government and working for overall competitiveness of industry has also been actively contributing towards organising various CSR initiatives and we intend to organise more such health camps for benefit of the people and industry.”

    आज किंडर गार्डन सेक्शन 'पेटल्स' (पीएमएल एस डी पब्लिक स्कूल की शाखा ) में बच्चों के लिय “आम पार्टी ” का आयोजन बहुत ही मज़ेदार रहा । आम! के आगमन का जश्न स्कूल में बच्चों के बिच “आम पार्टी ” करके व बच्चों को आम के बारे में जानकरी देकर व उससे मिलने वाले फायदों के बारे में बता कर मनायी बच्चों ने  स्वादिष्ट फल पर चक्कर लगाए और आम पेय भी लाए । साथ ही आम के कट आउट भी बच्चों में किए गए ।

    Centre for Industry Institute Partnership Programme (CIIPP) at Panjab University in collaboration with Punjab Biodiversity Board under the aegis of National Biodiversity Authority of India and Departments of Botany, Environment studies and Centre for Stem Cell & Tissue Engineering organized one day event on spreading awareness about Biodiversity on Biodiversity Day on the theme “Celebrating 25 Years of Action for Biodiversity”. The event started in the morning at Sukhna Lake, wherein Prof MC Sidhu, Department of Botany and Dr HS Dhillon, Tree Lover Society, Chandigarh made everyone aware about the rich flora of Sukhna lake along with a walkathon by research scholars and faculty members of Panjab University. Prof A.S Ahluwalia, Secretary to Vice-Chancellor in his inaugural address shared about the efforts being done by India towards preserving the rich biodiversity. The Hony Director CIIPP initiated the second session by making students aware about the efforts being taken to sensitize the researchers about the responsible research needed to make sustainable growth. 
        Prof Sunita Kapila, Chairperson, Department of Botany welcomed the audience and apprised about the recent developments on the sustainable development. Plenary lectures by Dr Srishti Vasudeva, the Former, Principal Chief Forest, Conservator, Govt. of Himachal Pradesh, Dr. Arvind Kumar Alipuria, the Additional Principal Conservator of Forest. Govt. of Himachal Pradesh and Mr. Gurharminder Singh, Senior Scientific Officer, PCST, Chandigarh made everyone aware about the real time data about the biodiversity action plans and policy to make it sustainable.

     Dr. Arun Bansal of Natural Biodiversity Society displayed collection of photograph of the rich biodiversity of the city beautiful. Dr. Seemha Rai, Chairperson Centre for Stem Cell & Tissue Engineering proposed vote of thanks. The event ended with the pledge by the students to join hands to preserve the biodiversity through further sensitization.

Towards bringing greater transparency and efficiency in governance, the Governor of Punjab and Administrator, UT, Chandigarh, Shri V.P. Singh Badnore launched

the Punjab Raj Bhavan website and held the first Open House with citizens of Chandigarh. The Punjab Raj Bhavan website grievance portal is a 24x7 online access for citizens to submit their grievances. During today’s Open House session held in UT Secretariat, Chandigarh, the Administrator heard the grievances of people from different strata of the society like individuals from fields of education, health, representatives of welfare associations, freedom fighters and villagers of periphery of Chandigarh. Associations like Sector Welfare Association, Chandigarh Traders Association, and Resident Welfare Association raised varied issues which required immediate attention of the administrative officers. The purpose of the Open House was to directly listen and address grievances of people. 

    J.M Balamurugan, Secretary to Governor of Punjab, Sh. Anurag Agarwal, Home Secretary, Sh. A K Sinha, Finance Secretary, Sh. Ajit Balaji Joshi, Deputy Commissioner, Sh. B L Sharma, Education Secretary,  Sh. Jitendar Yadav, Commissioner Municipal Corporation, Sh. Arjun Sharma, Director Information Technology, Smt. Nilambari Jagadale, SSP, UT, Chandigarh and Sh. Rakesh Kumar Popli, Director Public Relations were also present during the Open House. 

The Administrator directly listened and addressed the grievances of each person individually. The complaints and issues were recorded /discussed with the officers and instructions were given by the Administrator to ensure timely redressal of grievances by taking prompt action. Total of 41 complaints were addressed in today’s Open house. Issues related to Municipal Corporation, Estate, Deputy Commissioner’s Office, Health, Police, Education, Social Welfare and Chandigarh Housing Board were addressed during the Open house.

       The Administrator assured that timely action will be taken on all the issues/ complaints taken up during the session today. A review meeting will be held within 10 days with the concerned officers to submit their action taken report.  Concluding the meeting today, the Administrator emphasized that holding such meetings will be formalised as this is a good medium to know the genuine grievances of citizens of Chandigarh and seek suggestions from them. Such interactive meetings with the citizens also create a high sense of responsibility among the officers of Chandigarh Administration in the right direction.

    इस साल की सब से ज्यादा इंतजार किए जाने वाली फिल्म 'कैरी ऑन जट्टा 2' अब रिलीज़ होने के लिए बिलकुल तैयार है।फिल्म का संगीत पहले ही सुर्ख़ियों में बना हुआ है । कैरी ऑन जट्टा 2 के पहले तीनों गीत 'टाइटल ट्रैक' 'भंगड़ा पा लईए' और 'कुरता चादरा' बहुत ही सफल रहे हैं।इसी सफलता को बरकरार रखते हुए इस फिल्म का अगला गीत 'गबरू' रिलीज़ हुआ है। 

     'कुरता चादरा' के बोल लिखे हैं पॉलीवुड के प्रसिद्द गीतकार और गायक हैप्पी रायकोटी ने । इस गीत को अपनी आवाज़ दी है फिल्म के स्टार गिप्पी ग्रेवाल और 'इश्क़ बुलावा', 'वेला आ गया है' और 'गोरियां नू दफा करो' से प्रसिदी प्राप्त कर चुकी ' शिपरा गोएल' ने।इन भंगड़ा बीट्स को संगीत दिया है गुरमीत सिंह ने वाइट हिल म्यूजिक लेबल से । वाइट हिल म्यूजिक के गुणबीर सिंह सिद्धु और मनमोरङ सिद्धु ने इस गीत को प्रोडूस किया है।

इस मौके पर गिप्पी ग्रेवाल ने कहा, " यह गीत कट्टर भंगड़ा प्रेमियों के लिए है । मुझे इस गीत पर परफॉर्म करके बहुत ही मज़ा आया।शिपरा गोएल के साथ मिलकर गाने का अनुभव बहुत ही अच्छा रहा । जिस तरह का हुंगारा इस फिल्म के संगीत को मिल रहा है वो अदभुत है। अब मैं सिर्फ इस फिल्म की रिलीज़ को लेकर बहुत ही ज्यादा उत्शाहित हूँ।"
