Prof Raj Kumar, Vice Chancellor, Panjab University went for a
routine round of Girls International Hostel at PU campus. He
visited the mess, the rooms and interacted with the students. PU
VC gave instructions to XEN, Mr S K Rai for fixing the leakage and sewerage problem. He asked for construction of Parking Shed for the
students. He also visited Foreign Guest House
and asked for the renovation of the same. He also went to GH#10 and interacted with the
students. The students asked for e-rickshaw stands and Wi-Fi in the hostel. PU VC
visited ICSSR hall and instructed XEN for renovation of guest rooms
with provision of proper facilities and seminar hall. VC was accompanied by Prof. Shankarji Jha, Dean
University Instructions, Prof. Emanual Nahar,
Dean Student Welfare, Panjab University, Chandigarh. PU VC also visited
Department of Sports, Physiotherapy Centre, Swimming Pool and
Gymnasium Hall. VC was accompanied by Prof. Parminder Singh,
Director, Directorate of Sports, Panjab University, Chandigarh
