Davinder Gupta’s Door to Door Campaign in Coop Housing Societies

Davinder Kumar Gupta, Congress candidate from ward no 35 along with his supporters undertook the door to door campaign in six Cooperative Housing Societies of Sector 48-A Chandigarh on Saturday.
The presidents and office bearers of Shantivan Radio Society, Super Co-operative Society, SarvHitkari Society, RCS and CPS societies and Jeewan Adhar Society including Prem Jindal, Gopal Jakhmi, Rajinder Singh Chauhan, Gurcharan Singh all presidents and Vichiter Singh secretary along with hundreds of residents welcomed Davinder Kumar Gupta enthusiastically and assured their full support to him.
Davinder assured Societies residents that he would bring the responsibility of internal road maintenance and street lighting within the societies under Chandigarh Municipal Corporation. This would reduce the financial burden on the residents of the Cooperative Housing societies substantially. He also stated that he would tackle the issue of levy of unwarranted "unearned profit" on sale of leasehold properties and take it up strongly with the Chandigarh Administration.
