In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section (2), of Section 21 of the Capital of Punjab (Development and Regulation) Act, 1952, Sh. Ajoy Kumar Sinha, IAS, Chief Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh hereby delegates the powers exercisable by him for implementation of Chandigarh Advertisement Control Order, 1954 to Sh. Kamal Kishor Yadav, IAS, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh, with immediate effect, for day today implementation of said Control Order.
