Stepping
Stones International observed the Global Handwashing Day in the school
premises, aiming at spreading awareness among the students regarding the need
of cleanliness. A
power point presentation “How to wash our hand” was given to students by in
house doctor, DrSuman to make them aware about the importance and the right
steps of hand washing. Students of junior classes were taken for hand washing
to increase awareness and understanding about the importance of
handwashing with soap as an easy, effective, and affordable way to prevent
disease and save lives. Stepping
Stones lay emphasis on sanitation and hygiene habits, handwashing being one of
them. Regular day to day activities performed at our schools, reinforce the
noble habit of handwashing.
