Chandigarh Police has achieved a great success in solving a sensitive/heinous crime committed on the eve of New Year by apprehended the accused persons i.e. Amit Gupta S/o Sushil Kumar R/o Flat No. 09, Angel Apartments Zirakpur, Pb (age 38 years) and Satwinder Singh S/o Kashmira Singh R/o Jarkhelana Kheri Distt. Fatehgarh, Pb along with robbed Brezza car and toy gun. The teams consisting of ASI Shamsher Singh, ASI Balkar Singh, Constable Naveen Kumar, Constable Rajesh Kumar, Const. Inder Parkash, Const. Sanjit and Vol. Ajay Kumar headed by Insp. Jaspal Singh, SHO. Police Station-Manimajra under the close supervision of S.P.S. Sondhi, D.S.P, North East Division, have done an appreciable job. Sh. Praveer Ranjan, W/DGP, UT Chandigarh highly appreciated the work done by Police officials and honored the team with 1 st Class Commendation Certificate along with cash reward for the encouragement in future.
