Chandigarh Police
arrested Rohit @ Tota R/o # 463, Krishna Enclave,
Jhampur, Distt. Mohali, PB, Age 25 Years, and
recovered stolen splendor plus motorcycle applied fake Registration
Number HR-03AC-8774 and one kamanidar knife from his possession near
66 KV power house, Village Kajheri, Sector 52, Chandigarh on
04.01.2024. In this regard, a case FIR No. 03, U/S 473, 411 IPC &
25-54-59 Arms Act has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh.
Investigation of the case is in progress.
Dowry
A lady resident of Chandigarh alleged that her husband
resident of Bhopla, MP harassed the complainant to bring more dowry. A
case FIR No. 04, U/S 406, 498A IPC has been registered in PS-Women,
Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
Case registered against persons failed to appear in court
A case FIR No. 02,
U/S 174A IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on
the orders of Hon’ble Court of Sh. Mohit Kumar, JMIC, Distt. Court, Sector-43,
Chandigarh against Savita, Prop. of R.S Traders R/o VPO Moondhi, Distt. Kangra,
HP who was declared proclaimed offender by Hon’ble Court but he failed to
appear before the Hon’ble Court in pursuance of issuance of proclamation.
Investigation of the case is in progress.
