GGDSD College, Kheri Gurna, Banur organized a guest lecture on “Importance of Counselling & Therapy” on 12th March, 2020. The speakers of the session were Ms. Kavya Atray and Ms. Deepika Vohra, Co-Founders of the venture PsyZen. PsyZen is a counselling and therapy center driven with the vision of promoting emotional and mental well-being in the society with the mission to bring a positive change in the individual. In their lecture, they highlighted the importance of Arts Based Therapy for different individuals. They also introduced the participants to many exclusive examples by using different forms of art and made the session very interesting and interactive. The session was enriching for the students and it ended up with the question-answer session. At the end, Dr. Sunil K. Baria (Principal) presented a token of appreciation and the session concluded with recitation of National Anthem.
