Press Day celebrated at PU

National Press Day was celebrated in The School
of Communication Studies, Panjab University, Chandigarh with
numerous activities on the theme ‘Media Ethics’ were performed by
the students like Wall posters and models, street plays, mono acts, spoken poetry,
AV files, radio programs, Facebook newsfeeds, Vox-pops, blogs etc. The
activities enriched the knowledge of the students with regard to ethical issues
faced by media professionals and also sensitized them towards the realities of
the profession. Students displayed remarkable creativity in usage of different
media tools to illustrate the various aspects related to the topic.
