celebrated at Dev Samaj College for women, Sector-45/B, Chandigarh. Electoral
Literacy Club and Rotaract Club jointed hands to organize a College Making,
Poster and Rangoli Making competitions on the theme, “No Voter to be Left
Behind. Winners were given away prizes by the Principal, Dr. Jaspal Kaur.
