During the enforcement drive conducted by the enforcement staff of State Transport Authority, it came to the notice that the cabs registered in the State of Punjab and Haryana plying in Chandigarh, carrying “All India Tourist Permit” which are attached with OLA and UBER(Aggregator Companies) have not deposited/not depositing the entry fee @1000/- per quarter as per Aggregator Rules 2017 which are causing revenue loss to the Chandigarh Administration. The owners/Drivers of the cabs are directed to deposit the pending dues in the office of Secretary State Transport Authority Chandigarh on account of  being partner of Aggregator License from the date from which their respective cabs are attached with the aggregator companies immediately to avoid any inconvenience. General Public is also advised to check that whether the taxes/dues have been paid by the said driver of the taxi prior to their travel to avoid any inconvenience.
