registered against persons failed to appear in court
· A case FIR No. 10,
U/S 174A IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on
the orders of Hon’ble Court of Sh. Mohit, JMIC, Distt. Court, Sector-43,
Chandigarh against Vikash Kumar Director of M/S GNEC Media, Pvt. Ltd. R/o
D-53, near Red FM road, D-Block, Sec-2, Noida, Uttar Pradesh who was declared
proclaimed offender by Hon’ble Court but he failed to appear before the Hon’ble
Court in pursuance of proclamation issued. Investigation of the case is in
progress.
· A case FIR No. 11, U/S 174A IPC has been
registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the orders of Hon’ble Court of Sh. Mohit,
JMIC, Distt. Court, Sector-43, Chandigarh against Vikash Kumar Director of
M/S GNEC Media, Pvt. Ltd. R/o D-61, near Red FM road, D-Block, Sec-2, Noida,
Uttar Pradesh and and Mohammd Altamash Hussain R/o same who were declared
proclaimed offender by Hon’ble Court but they failed to appear before the
Hon’ble Court in pursuance of proclamation issued. Investigation of the case is
in progress.
Dowry
· A lady resident of Chandigarh alleged that her husband resident
of Gurgaon, HR harassed the complainant to bring more dowry. A case FIR
No. 08, U/S 406, 498A IPC has been registered in PS-Women,
Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.
· A lady resident of Chandigarh alleged that her husband resident
of Kaithal, HR harassed the complainant to bring more dowry. A case FIR
No. 09, U/S 498A IPC has been registered in PS-Women, Chandigarh.
Investigation of the case is in progress.
