The

of Sh. Dharam Pal, Adviser to Administrator and Chairman of Chandigarh Housing
Board, after detailed deliberations, has taken following decisions:
1.
The allotment of all those allottees who’s residential units were cancelled due
to Building Violations and their appeals are pending before the Board to be
restored on completion of following:
a.
Removal of all those building violations by 30th September 2022 because of
which the allotment was cancelled.
b.
Payment of applicable revival/restoration charges
2.
The vacant posts of various category in the Chandigarh Housing Board to be
filled through direct recruitment through a fair & transparent process.
3.
Sale of Vacant Residential Site No.12 measuring about 4.95 acre through
transparent e-Tender process on free-hold basis. The purchaser to be given
required flexibilities in constructions and to be allowed to pay the whole bid
amount in installments over a period of about 05 years.

violations has been de-linked from transfer of such units.

free-hold basis even in those cases where the land was allottedto CHB on
lease-hold basis.
Shri

allowing approvals/sanctions in time-bound manner and preferably the Single

Changes in the residential units of Chandigarh
Housing Board, a committee has already been constituted. The report of the
Committee to be placed before the Board for consideration and appropriate
decisions in next meeting.
