Police arrested co accused in case FIR No. 74 dated 26.3.2019 U/s 420,467,468,471,120 B IPC & 24
Immigration act of PS 34, namely Sarwan Kumar S/o Dana Ram, Prop of
Medinoo Diagnostic Centre, SCO 272 Sector 32 Chandigarh. He has
registered Medinoo Diagnostic in his name, but his employees are operating from
lab and was conducting medical of candidates applying for Visa without
authorisation and the Doctor was not even Empanelled. His lab has been conducting
medical of work visa candidates without authorisation of MEA and Canadian Consulate.
Till so far, he is the only doctor ,Malkit kaur was referring her clients to.
It also came to notice that no proper equipment for conducting medical of
Candidates going abroad was available with him. The complainants wife name has
been found entered on Register at Lab. The accused modus operandi was to
receive Cash from clients and paying in Cash to Doctor, not maintaining any
record of payment made or received. He was produced in Court and on police
remand for 3 days.
