A two days' 32nd Regional Youth
Parliament Competition was organised successfully by KV 3 BRD AFS Chandigarh in
Harjinder Lecma Hall comprising five teams from KV Amritsar cantt 1, KV
Jalandhar, KV 31, KV Patiala no. 1 and KV Pathankot no. 1. Mr. Ram Kumar
Kashyap, MP Rajya Sabha set of the program by igniting the lamp and presided
over the function alongwith the dignitaries as Mr. Ranvir Singh; DC KV RO
Chandigarh, AC; Ms T. Rukmini, Mr Somdutt; AC KV RO Chandigarh, Air Commodore
Mr. Sanjeev Ghuratia, Mrs Sandhya Sharma; principal KV 31 Chd. Mrs Shyam
Chawla; principal KV High Grounds, Mrs Sumati Dogra, Principal KV Mullanpur,
Mrs Meenakshi, principal KV 29 OCF. Chief guest Mr. Ram kumar Kashyap,
addressed the students and said that they are the future leaders. The
Participants raised relevant and burning issues in their sessions. KV sec-31
CHD stood first in the 32 Youth Parliament Competition. The
event ended with chief guest's speech who inspired the students for achieving
high goals in their career and be the part of the same Parliament in future
which they have demonstrated in the competition. The programme ended with the
National Anthem.
