the complaint of Sh. Ashok Bhumea S/o Bhani Ram Bhumea R/o H.No. 1594 Deep
Complex Hallo Majra Chd regarding theft of 25 Cans (35kg each) containing
Formic Acid and 5 bags (50 kg each) of Causitic Soda from the Godown situated
in H No 1650/1, Deep Complex, Hallo Majra, Chandigarh In this case, a team under
the supervision of SHO, PS-31, Chandigarh was constituted and geared up the
source of information accordingly and succeed to work out the case by arresting
below mentioned three persons and recovered the whole stolen property from
their possession. The accused persons have no any previous criminal record Accused

colony no, 4, PH-I Ind Area Chd age 28 years (permanent address R/o Vill. Marwa
Basia, Teh. Sombarsa, PS – Masrakh, Distt. Chappra (Bihar) Married - staying with wife
& two children Qualification –
illiterate Occupation – Waiter in party
on daily wages He was the person who worked in the said godown two
months back. Involved in Crime – first Time Ravi Kumar S/o Bijali Yadav R/o # SCO
No. 11 MW Market near PS-Ind Area Chd age 28 years (permanent address R/o Vill.
Goplapur, Teh. Chori Chora PS –Barihi, Distt. Gorkhpur (UP) Married staying
with two children and bother Qualification–illiterate Occupation-Labour on
daily wages in Indl. Area PhI, chd Involved in Crime – First Time Jatinder
Kumar S/o Ajay Singh R/o # 202 A Sanjay Colony, PH-I Ind Area Chd age 28 years Married
staying with three children and bother Qualification – illiterate Occupation -
Driver on Pickup vehicle on daily wages Involved in Crime – First Time Modus
Operndi – Accused Sonu Singh earlier worked with the complainant and left the
job three months back. He along with his Associates made
a plan to burglar in the said Godown. They entered in the godown after breaking
open the lock of the main gate and stolen the said items and transported the stolen
property in Bolero Pickup Vehicle bearing registration number CH 01 TA 4246.
