A drawing and painting
was organised at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Sector 30-A, here today, in
which children from Chandigarh, Manimajra, Mohali, Panchkula, Zirakpur and
nearby areas took part. The competition was inaugurated by Dr. (Smt.) J.K.
Cheema Ji with Nirankar’s simran. Also present on this occasion was Shri
Navneet Pathak Ji, Sanyojak Chandigarh, and Shri Jaigopal Ji.
Offering her blessings to the children, Smt. Cheema Ji said that all the
participants of the competition were indeed fortunate to be part of this
healthy learning environment. Adding to this, Smt. Cheema Ji told the children
that even if they participate in their respective school and college
competitions, participating in the task and competition of the Mission is
indeed a great task. She also sought blessings from Satguru Mata Sudiksha
Ji Maharaj, for all the participants.
In addition to this, Shri Navneet Pathak
Ji said that besides academics, it is important to cultivate spiritual service,
service to the nation and service towards humanity in children, and such
competitions play an important role in that. The topics for the competition
were save earth, save environment, activities and services of Sant Nirankari
Charitable Foundation, eliminating social discrimination, birthday, helping
others, salute to the soldiers, my favourite sport, among others. Over 400
