INTER-COLLEGE IT FEST ‘TECH MANTHAN ‘ AT PGGC 11

An IT fest – TechManthan’2019 was organized by
the Department of Professional Studies today at PGGC-11. More than 400 students
from in and around the city participated in different events of the fest. Principal Prof. Rama Arora inaugurated
the fest and lauded the efforts of the Department and the students and
encouraged them to continue with such creative endeavours. Mind churning ‘Need for Speed LAN and
fun frolic ‘Sell me’ events were crowd pullers. RJ Manav was the main
attraction among students. Arshdeep and Prachi from Department of Computer
Science, Panjab University stood first in Mind Freaks.Nishant Dogra,
Abhay Thapar, Jaspreet Kaur, Paras and Himanshu won first prize in IT
Marketing. Manit Malhotra of Panjab University stood first in Extempore whereas
Shefali Nath and Puneet of Sri Guru Gobind Singh College, Sector 26 won first
position in IT Collage.The first prize for Debugging won by Navpreet Singh and
Sukhchain Singh of Govt. College, Mohali. Pardeep Kumar and Rani of Post
Graduate Govt. College, Sector 46 won first prize in Face Painting Competition.
