Vivekanand Group of Institutes, Banur, organized two days National Agriculture
conference from 8th and 9th Nov. 2019 on “Water and soil resource management
for sustainable Agriculture and biodiversity conservation”. This institution
had taken an initiative to organize this conference where main aim is to
encourage to take up the agriculture and horticulture as a means of their
future career and to make them successful entrepreneur. During this conference,
which is successfully ended last evening, eminent scientists all over the
country expressed their views on soil and water recourses conservation for
sustainable agriculture. Apart from this, discussions were held how to conserve
our deteriorating soil qualities for betterment of agriculture. The objective
of this conference was to upgrade and bring awareness to students on existing
conditions of soil and water recourses in the region and possibility of future
in agriculture and horticulture. Mr. Ashwani Garg (Chairman, SVGOI) and Mr.
Ashok Garg (President SVGOI) was optimistic that such type of conferences in
future also will benefit the student’s. The conference also emphasized on
quality of human recourses to achieve technology led development. Use of
artificial intelligences value chain management and block chain application and
skill development on new technology was emphasized to make agriculture
intellectually satisfied and economically Dr. Mohd. Danish, Convener of this conference gave warm
vote of thanks to the visiting dignitaries and scholars.
